Currently in engineering school specializing in construction and public works at CESI in
apprenticeship within EDF at the nuclear power plant of Blayais, I have the opportunity to perform an
internship abroad for 3 months during my studies. I am looking for an experience that will allow me to
perfect my knowledge of civil Enginering within the production of electricity preferably.
Deeply concerned about the future of electricity production and all the alternative we will have
in the future. I am working on the maintenance of older nuclear plant; and would like to perfect my knowledge on civil engineering outside the environnement I work in.
My formation at CESI allowed me to develop general technical knowledge, the use of modern
work methods in the form of group work making me quickly operational for a project in a team. We
also conducted project of sustainable housing, learn about the importance of considering all the aspect
of a project. From the extraction of materials to the end of it and its deconstruction. My o,e-year stay in the Blayais common team as a maintenance engineer in civil engineering gave me the fundamental knowledge of the work on important project, the importnce of safety and organisation to drive in the best possible way a construction.
Dynamic, serious, and especially curious, the investment and leaving my comfort zone does not
scare me. Language is not a barrier for me, I am at ease in English both orally and in writing (TOEIC
845). My experience at EDF allowed me to develop a taste for requirement, safety, and management. Capable of making decision and being autonomous, I think I will be able to accomplish
the missions that are going to be given to me during this internship.
I must realize this internship on the period from the 05/06/2023 to the 25/08/2023 for 12 weeks.
